Mumbai: Salman Khan's maternal grandmother passed away on Monday, August 24. She was 91 years old. Salma Khan was by her mother's side on Monday and Salman too visited his grandma's Mahim residence just a few hours before she breathed her last.
In July, his grandmom was admitted to the Lilavati Hospital.
Sources revealed that, "She had been sick for quite sometime. Last month, the doctors had advised his family to take her at home."
The funeral will be held today morning at the "Shivaji Park" crematorium.
