Mumbai: It is the second time that the bail of the Gangster actor Shiney Ahuja has been rejected.
The actor is accused of rape of domestic help at his Mumbai residence. The actor has been insisting that it was consentual sex, the maid had lodged an FIR against the actor.
Earlier also the Mumbai court had denied bail saying the actor may manipulate the case.
This time the court denies on the ground of calling Ahuja’s actions as “serious offence”. Also the DNA reports all are shouting against the actor’s innocence.
Shiney Ahuja is currently kept in the Arthur Road jail and would be taken to the court on 23rd September.
